You can take part in the CORE registry if you have been diagnosed with one of the following conditions:
thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP)
atypical haemolytic uraemic syndrome (aHUS)
C3 glomerulopathy
This includes the entities C3 glomerulonephritis and dense deposit disease
immune complex-mediated membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN)

Background
Thrombotic microangiopathies (TMAs) and complement-mediated kidney diseases are rare but serious conditions. They are associated with damage to the small blood vessels and a dysregulation of the complement system (an important part of the immune system).

In January, the central office of the CORE registry at University Hospital Cologne officially begins its work.
